Cohort-Based Group Coaching

E.D.I.T.® is an empowering 8-week Mindset Transformation Coaching Program tailored for women seeking personal and professional growth. This program helps you identify and overcome false mental narratives and negative labels that hinder your growth and progress. Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll engage in reflective self-exploration, challenging and reshaping thought patterns to uncover your truth, leading to your best self. By dispelling misconceptions and embracing your true identity, you’ll gain clarity preparing you to thrive mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With your new self-awareness, you will be empowered for greater impact.

Community-Based Coaching

This is the table for Black women leaders who are tired of being the only one holding it together in rooms that weren't built with them in mind. It's a space — through the journal, the community, and the coaching — to stop performing strength long enough to actually be known by women who understand the specific weight of leading while Black, while a woman, while still becoming who you're called to be.
