At every level of my over 25 year professional career as well as in my personal and social spaces, there have been instances in which others attempted to define my value and worth.  At times that led to my own self-doubt which caused me to play small, left me anxious, and I felt as if I was locked in a box waiting for someone to give me the opportunity and permission to live up to my fullest potential.  There was a point in my life when I came to an a-ha moment of, Sabrena, 'they' don't control nor determine my worth, value, nor potential.  I do.  Since then, I made the decision to stand confidently in the power of ALL of who I am, what I know, and in my purpose. . . with clarity.

I bring to this space of coaching, years of professional experience in team management, project management, strategic operations and leadership.  I am a Master Certified Professional Coach, an ICF Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC), and an Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner.  I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from Campbell University College of Pharmacy.  I'm a mother, minister, wife, author, speaker, and entrepreneur.
